This policy explains what personal data AI Founder University ("we", "us") collects when you visit aifounderuniversity.com or buy one of our products, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

1. Who we are

AI Founder University is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at support@aifounderuniversity.com.

2. What we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, email address and billing details when you buy, and anything you send us by email or through a contact form.
• Payment information. Card details are entered on and handled by our third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage information. Pages viewed, referring site, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type.
• Cookies and similar technologies. See section 6.

3. Why we use it

• To deliver the product you bought and provide support (performance of a contract).
• To process payments and prevent fraud (contract and legitimate interests).
• To send you service emails about your purchase (contract).
• To send marketing emails where you have opted in or where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time (consent / legitimate interests).
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it (legitimate interests).
• To meet our tax, accounting and other legal obligations (legal obligation).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:

• Payment processing
• Product delivery and email
• Website hosting
• Analytics

These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims.

5. International transfers

Our site and products are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, tell you by email.
