These terms govern your purchase and use of any product, course, membership or other service (each a "Product") bought from AI Founder University ("we", "us") at aifounderuniversity.com. By buying or using a Product you agree to them.
1. What you are buying
Our Products are digital: downloads, prompt libraries, recorded training, and memberships giving access to material for as long as the membership is active. The page you bought from describes what that particular Product includes. Unless that page says otherwise, a Product is a one-off purchase rather than a recurring plan, and it is not software we host on your behalf.
2. What you need to use it
Some Products are designed to be used inside third-party tools. Where a Product runs inside Anthropic's Claude, you need your own Claude account and a paid Claude plan is recommended. We are not affiliated with Anthropic, we do not control Claude, and we cannot guarantee that Anthropic will keep any particular feature available. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. The same applies to any other third-party tool a Product depends on.
3. Licence
On payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product for your own business. For memberships, that licence lasts as long as the membership is active. You may not resell, sub-licence, share, republish or distribute a Product or its contents, in whole or in part, or use it to create a competing product.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time before you buy. Payment is processed securely by a third-party payment processor. You are responsible for any taxes or duties that apply where you live.
5. Refunds and cancellations
The short version: email support@aifounderuniversity.com and ask. That is the whole process. One email, no forms, no phone calls, and you do not have to give a reason. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
One-off purchases
14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with the Product for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Your licence ends when the refund is issued.
Memberships and subscriptions
If you are on a recurring membership or subscription plan:
- Cancel any time. Email us and we will cancel it. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
- First payment. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full.
- Renewals. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, tell us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it and cancel the plan.
- We will never make you stay on a plan you have asked to leave, and we do not charge a cancellation fee.
What to include in your email
Just the email address you used at checkout, so we can find the order. Anything else is optional.
Your statutory rights
Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, you agree that delivery begins immediately on purchase and acknowledge that this may end that statutory right. The guarantees above are offered regardless, and nothing here removes any consumer right you have by law.
6. Delivery
Access is delivered by email immediately after payment. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us and we will sort it out.
7. No professional advice and no guarantee of results
Our Products are educational. They are not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. We make no guarantee that you will earn money or achieve any particular result — see our Earnings & Products Disclaimer.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Product for anything unlawful, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with the site.
9. Intellectual property
All content in our Products and on this site is owned by AI Founder University or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Output you generate yourself using a Product is yours, subject to the terms of any third-party tool you generated it with.
10. Liability
Products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in question. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
11. Termination
We may end your licence if you breach these terms, in particular the resale and sharing restrictions in section 3.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which AI Founder University is established. Nothing here affects any mandatory consumer protection right available to you under the law of the country where you live.
